IN NO EVENT SHALL FENCETIGER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
